Point and Shoot Versus DSLR

CAMERA VERSUS
Point and Shoot Camera's DSLR Camera's
Zoom   With point and shoot cameras, the zoom application is limited to an extent. DSLR Camera's have a wide range of zoom options due to their amount of lenses you can equip them with.
Editing Effects With a point and shoot camera, there are little to no editing options unless you take the photos out and put them on an appropriate editing software. With a DSLR, you can at least edit the photos to a good extent and then edit more on an editing software.
In Camera Effects' You can take photos with different effects, (for example, moving objects, direct sunlight, etc.) but there is a limit towards the use of your ISO settings and aperture settings. With a DSLR, there is a higher extent of options you can use to take a picture the way you want it to be. The ISO and Aperture settings are of a much higher scale than a point and shoot camera.
Video Production With a standard point and shoot camera, video capturing can seem very unnappealing and almost rough. DSLR's can produce high quality HD videos right when you start the effect. The end results come out in very clean cut looking entertainment.
Weight Point and Shoot Cameras are often very light weight and are easy to manouver which can be helpful in many situations. DSLR's are often heavier, but with that come better in camera options and life durability.
Whether you choose a point and shoot camera versus a DSLR camera, all you need to consider is what you are going to be using it for. If you are looking for an inexpensive device to hold the memories of a quick holiday trip or you are looking to proffesionally take photos for a hobby or career, find out which one works best for you. For me I would just need a camera for every day, easy use. Thus, the point and shoot camera is the best selection. Some of the reasons why include: That I need a camera that is easy to use, whereas the DSLR uses a variety of options which are often very confusing to understand. But don't get me wrong, DSLR cameras are fantastic for focused shots and are perfect for school assignments. Just not for me. :)
